Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever put in my mouth. Well after the ones I make at home because nothing is better than it being free.

I love me a shrimp po boy and a good mac salad. This place can’t be togo’d, you have to eat it there and have to take the habanero hot sauce from TJ that I love. They have some Louisiana hot sauce at the store you can use but it’s not the same. Also, don’t forget to ask for the yellow chili peppers.

Lucile’s Creole Cafe #FortCollins #Colorado

I’ve never had beignets before and this weekend Bear happened to be in New Orleans and was going to bring me back a mix. Fortunately, he didn’t have to because apparently, I had the best beignets in the country! That thing was fluffy and warm and so heavenly.

As you may already know, I visited TA for the weekend while Bear was away for a bachelor party. I flew into Fort Collins, Colorado and she picked me up to take me to her home.

The next am, we went to Lucile’s in the freezing weather and waited for a table for brunch. The place was jammin’ with people and they didn’t seem to mind! I would never wait for a table in LA but here, I didn’t mind. Also because we were able to order a Cajun Mary while we waited! They aren’t stingy with the vodka portions either!

We ordered the Creole Breakfast and an order of beignets. Ther jams and accompaniments were so tasty and homemade! I enjoyed the meal thoroughly and even shot a video.

@KettleBar #KettleBar #MUSTTRY

I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long AND finally I got to try it! It surpassed my expectations and I’ve been dreaming about it every minute from the day I had it.
We basically ordered ALMOST everything on the menu.

KETTLEBAR STEAM COOKING

First, the Fire and Ice cocktail is to die for! The Pan Roast with the three seafood items and chicken is what we got, sans the chicken. Our fatasses also got the steamed mussels, clams, garlic fries, (champagne for myself, additional) drinks and dinner rolls.
We asked for the spiciest level of the Pan Roast, it was the best thing I’ve ever had in a long time. I already have plans to go back this Saturday. 🙂
