Low Sodium turkey breast and egg whites with dijon.
I ate it with the yolk. Why? Because I love yolk.
Then I realized it was too dry. I will never eat it with the yolk again (during my diet).
Hard boiled eggs are no bueno after being refrigerated. It’s best right after it’s been cooked.
It was way better than I expected. Four egg whites (hard boiled), low sodium turkey and dijon mustard. I added the mustard since I needed some kind of sauce.
Man, I can’t wait to eat it again tomorrow for breakfast.
