The first time we ordered the pizza, they didn’t have the pulled pork so we just got ham. Bear fell in love with the Turk’s Head beer. He said it tasted like Cass.
It was too windy to get out and go somewhere…

I loved that they served breakfast every am. 7am-10:30am, for the late birds. We always went around 9:45am.
We had the pecan crusted conch and key lime pie.
Our first night out on the town and we could barely eat. We just shared the plate and dessert.
I did have two glasses of champagne. 🙂
We loved the Caribbean Pizza, we would order two dishes, and always have leftovers… But it worked out since we had a kitchenette in our room. Whatever we had leftover, we would eat it later… 🙂
I’m a simple girl. Give me some eggs, salsa and some carbs with butter and I’m happy!
And yes, I used both butters. One for each side of my English Muffin.
Every Thursday, they have a thing called the Island Fish Fry. Luckily it was right next door to our hotel so we didn’t have to catch a cab to the location. We just walked over along the beach and grabbed some drinks and food.
Conch is everywhere in Turks and Caicos and it’s really yummy… I just imagined myself eating other kinds of seafood while I was here.
All the flavors were perfect, not too overly seasoned and sauces always came on the side. The best part of everything was that it was all very fresh!
