Finishing Off #MealPrep #Fitness


This whole week, this is all I ate. Aside from my usual egg whites. My weight remained constant. I realized I have to eat dinner early, when I did, I was 107.4, not the average 108.4. One pound is important! Now… I just need to incorporate cardio!

The best part about meal prep… I never have to worry about what I’m going to eat.

  1. Hey! I am gonna try this week to prep all my meals, so I have a question! Do you prep them all on one day separately or do you do lots of different ones throughout the week? Thanks!

      • Okay thank you for the advice! I’m definitely going to give it a try. If I’ve already cooked it in advance there’s no chance of me straying off-track and having any cheat meals haha
